Super easy to negotiate over the phone. Had everything ready for me to sign and the entire purchase price and process far exceeded my expectations! Destin Smith was my salesperson and highly recommend working with him! Nalley would have gotten a 5 star but they did not get the lean holder correct on the bill of sale and had the wrong information on my state registration. After MULTIPLE calls and many messages left by myself and my loan officer, crickets. Y’all can do better folks, but still have never been treated better on the buying end of the process just need to clean up the loose ends a bit!
