We were treated very well by our Service Rep, Joseph. Our only issue was that we dropped the car off Monday evening before the Srvc Dept closed and we didn’t get our car back until Friday. Joseph was out Tuesday, and the car was not looked at until Wednesday afternoon and the tech that needed to do the work was off on Thursday. The work itself only took about an hour. Our car was dropped off early in the week and many people that dropped off or waited after us was put ahead of us. Again, everyone was very nice, but your shop is too slow and doesn’t prioritize well enough.
