Justin made my visit an amazing experience. There was some miscommunication during the appointment call and he rectified it with professionalism and courtesy. He went the extra mile to ensure all my needs as a customer were met. I was updated as promised on the status of my vehicle and my vehicle was ready as estimated. Justin was great! Justin took the time to go over my service appointment and recommendations . Justin advised me on what services were needed as we inspected my vehicle for tires as I recently had them replaced so tires were not needed but I did accept another service recommendation. I am pleased with the service received. Justin is awesome😀
