Awesome service from checkin to checkout.

I was immediately greeted upon arrival. I asked if someone coild show me how to check my oil abd he was happy to. My service advisor Henry was awesome. He listened and sympathized when I told him I couldn't afford all the servive items at once. He explained the importance of each repair and highlighted the very most important ones. Mr. Henry even walked with me to my car due to my injury. I'll always come back to Stonecrest Nalley Automotive.

Needs to cut down the wait time

I was greeted by name upon arrival = vehicle was inspected and information provided on what was required to keep my vehicle running smoothly - I appreciate my service advisor and him assisting me thru the process.

Brent was great as usual. The repairs seemed to take too long.

I thought the service was through and timely. They communicated with me what was done and instructed me what I can do going forward

The sale staff was awesome! Gave me very good advice on my very first new car purchase. Walk me thru it all the way to the door. Good lookin out fellas! The car is a very good purchase for me it was like they knew what I needed to fit my needs. I will be coming back when I’m ready for another car. Richard and Amish was awesome. Good job! Well done.
