The service was excellent however, the wait was quite long (four hours) for an engine check.

The issue was exactly diagnosed and part replaced

Henry, my Service Consultant and Julio, my Technician were absolutely phenomenal today! They kept me inform during the process and educated me on the services provided. I try to do my homework before going to dealerships for anything service related...I didn't have to this time. Henry was thorough in his explanation of the services needed in the future and why. Julio, assured me that my repairs were topnotch and what to expectgoing forward. He made me feel safe driving away. Nalley, you definitely have team members with a superb work ethic and they wearit on their sleeves! Thank you!
