Although the appointment took longer than anticipated (3 hrs vs 1.5 he estimate) the staff was friendly as usual, the work was done to my satisfaction, and they’re taking the necessary steps to order a part that is covered under warranty. Justin was friendly and took time to explain the billing and the process involved in ordering a part.

This was my first time visiting you service center. It was nothing as I expected, actually it was the best service and communication I've ever had dealing with Hyundai Dealerships. Joseph took care of all our needs kept me informed during the process. Grade earned 100.

Although there was a mix up with one of the customer service representatives for Hyundai, Justin Johnson was able to get the information I needed, find out what the mishap was and take care of everything. Thank you Justin for always taking care of me and my car🙂

Everyone here is great. They try to go over and above with their customer service. I would stay in a Hyundai in future purchases just so I could return here, not just because Hyundai's are awesome.

I was extremely pleased with level of service. Henry Blake provided great customer service. I found him to be friendly, professional, and informative. We purchased our vehicle from Nalley and had a great experience. When you moved your location to the Mall at Stonecrest we had several issues with the service department and chose to go elsewhere for service. After working with Mr. Blake I have a renewed confidence in Nalley Hyundai. Thank you for providing great service. I look forward to coming back to Nalley for all future maintenance on my vehicle. Also looking forward to returning for future purchases. Thanks for the turn around since my last visit.
