Justin is just an awesome service advisor. He keeps me on point so that I keep my car serviced exactly when it needs it. I came to Nalley from another dealer hoping to find a better service department and boy did I. Justin provided the ultimate experience that I was looking for. Express the waiting options verbally ! Someone with an appointment shouldn’t be there for 3 hours. The atmosphere was GREAT from the service men! Brent was very relatable!

I just had my first experience with the service department. It was the best experience that I have ever had with a dealership! I had not much time to wait for my car to be serviced and they worked diligently to get me out on time. So both my new car buying experience was also top notch and now my first visit was superb as well. Congrats to both departments and especially my salesman Carlos for all of his help. I will recommend Nalley to whomever I come in contact with seeking the best car buying experience!
