Sales representative was great. But diagnostic was very expensive and unfair. Warranty is good. But I don't understand if I receive coupons to get a lower price and it barely does anything it's not a good deal. Then apparently when giving the diagnostic price for your car the coupon price is already included even when you don't mention the coupons what's the point of getting coupons if when you get your car repaired the price is already included in it which makes the coupons obsolete. I feel like Hyundai is really stealing money from customers but have good service

My appt was ar 9 am. Was told that I had several cars ahead of me. I checked my text and I was put off for a drop off by Chad. I asked before I scheduled and was told there was only one person schedule for 7 and then me. My drive is too long and had no one to pick me up. Was going to wait so I am glad I asked why it was taking so long. Got out by 12PM
