Justin is very professional and takes the time to explain service issues with the vehicles as well as any future recommended service. Justin is also quick to get back to us after the initial inspection to inform us of what needs to be done and how long It should take.

I contacted the service (Justin). He scheduled my appointment. When I arrived, another rep (Joe) checked to make sure I was being taken care of. The other reps were courteous as well. Justin addressed my issues. Gave me a completion time. And the the work was completed timely and to my satisfaction. I’m pleased.

It did take an unusually long time for an oil change. My appointment was at 1:15 pm and I left close to 5:30. It’s a holiday weekend I get it but still a longer time that expected. Per usual your reps are awesome and provided great service answering all of my questions and explaining to me the difference between a tire rotation and tire balance. I will see you all again very soon. Thank you

I would have given Nalley 5 stars. My service advisor was phenomenal. Went the extra mile with everything. When picking up my vehicle, the key fob was not in the vehicle. Our regular service advisor had gone for the day. When I returned to the building to inquire, I was rudely brushed off by one of the other service advisors. I was told to follow up when my service advisor was available. It took my two additional days to get in contact with my service advisor ,which was an issue for me. After finally getting in touch with him, he redeemed himself by replacing the key fob free of charge.
