The customer service is always very great at Nalley. I like the texting option since I chose to sit outside due to Covid-19. One thing I did notice right away is your service reps were not wearing a mask when I entered. A customer didn't have on a mask, neither did the service rep who was talking to her. I entered with double masks and gloves not only to protect me, but any one around me. I also sat outside (brought a sanitized lawn chair) because I didn't read anything about the lobby area being sanitized (which would be impossible anyway). I spoke to my service representative about the fact that he was without a mask. He did put one on after I went outside and he took my car to the service area. I cleaned my car with Lysol after the service was completed (already planned to do that anyway). Please provide comfortable, breathable mask for your service reps. I realize the blue masks may be a bit uncomfortable for the reps, so please provide them with professional, breathable masks. You should care about your reps enough to save their lives. They are on the front line! We (the customer) should feel comfortable when entering your establishment. This is a new day and age. Thank you.
