The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the fact that I sat in the waiting area for 4 hours just to install a software update. No one ever spoke to me about how long it was taking or how much longer it was going to be before they would be finished. It would be helpful if someone on their staff would do that. Every customer in the waiting area was complaining about the same exact thing. The staff I spoke with at the beginning and the end were very nice & polite.
