The gentleman in service department was polite , helpful, and courteous. The rubber on the inside of the driver’s door was extremely tattered and I could not figure out why. I showed it to the representative and he listened and had me demonstrate I how and entered and exited the vehicle. He showed me my error and how to prevent this from happening in the future. Super nice guy and I and eternally grateful.
