I have to say everyone at this dealership has been great, but Chad- the service manager is the best. He genuinely cares about problems and tries to do his best to resolve them efficiently. Even though utimately I didn't get what I was promised at the time of sale, he made up for it with the best resolution possible, and it was a pleasure interacting with him during the process. THANK YOU CHAD! You are a wonderful person. Happy to have you there.
