I did not take my car someone took it for me

My visit was only great because of Briant’s professionalism and poise. He was able to give excellent customer service in lieu of my impulsive remarks regarding the cost of service. What we need to understand is to not take it as a personal attack on us, but to understand how frustrating the situation is on the customer. Briant was able to turn my frown upside down. I left with a smile. The company as a whole needs to reserve some form of complimentary service to customers who patronize their business. There’s no complimentary car wash or vacuum. A small gesture goes a long way. It's very few staff there that are professional and he's definitely one of them. I had one person overlook me and not after me at all because Mr. Briant was the one who initially assisted me and checked my vehicle in.

My last experience went very good. The service was great! However, sometimes when I come in the communication about my vehicle's status isn’t efficient. One time I came in for a service and I waited 3 hours for an update and my car had already been serviced. So yeah the communication could be better, for the sake of considering another person’s time.
