Very pleased with my experience in the Service department. Mr. Johnson and all the Service staff were helpful and pleasant.

Everything went well. The service rep was very.helpful and courteous When my car was returned it was throughly cleaned. My car came in for a recall repair and was going to be there for 4 days. I also asked if they could send it over to the body shop for an insurance estimate. They said sure no problem. When I picked up my car they forgot to get the body repair estimate so it was a missed opportunity because I would have preferred to get the car repaired there it I ended up elsewhere for what turned out to be 4400 in repair work.

Justin is always providing great customer service . Rather I have a appointment or not , Hyundai always makes away to complete my service as requested . I drive a hour to Hyundai at Stonecrest from Winder for any and everything my car needs. The reason being is because the customer service in the service department is amazing and work provided on my vehicle is A1.

I've never had a problem with the service it's always a good experience plus I love joking with my service technician.
