Our experience with Nalley Hyundai was great. Michael helped us quickly and easily pick out the Tucson we wanted. It had some small issues they fixed before we picked it up. Car buying can be painful but our experience was just a complete pleasure.

At first there was some dismay in regards to what was needed on my car. Shalom took my warranty information and went to work on finding a solution for the issue that I thought was simple, but after diagnosis it wasn’t. A few minutes later he came and said The repair wouldn’t be $3000 it would be $200 due to the wrong part number being enter by someone else. I’m grateful bc some would have still tried to have me or warranty company pay the huge bill but Shalom found the error and had me out in 20 min. I’m grateful and think the world of Nalley Hyundai.
