Upon arrival I was greeted by Mr. Joseph, who was very pleasant and professional. Mr. Shalom was was the agent that I dealt while getting my car serviced. Mr. Shalom was very attentive, eager and willing to answer my questions, professional and proficient at all times. He explained everything to me thoroughly. I was pleased with the service that I recieved from the time I walked in the door until I left the dealership.

This was the best experience I've had here. Justin was great! He was very informative and helpful!! I will certainly schedule all future appointments with him!! It would have been 5 stars but the wait was just way too long for an oil change with a scheduled appointment.
