Only thing I didn't get a call to pick up my vehicle... I had to call first... But great great customer service and personalities

I had an appointment time, although I showed up early, I ask the service representative would it be a problem to take me early; he said "no problem" Needless to say it took 1 hour 30 minutes before I car was taken to the service area. Afterwards, the service met my satisfaction. I was there from 1230pm until 4pm, my appointment time was 130pm. If I had known it would have taken that long, I would have left and came back at the appointment time. Additionally, I noticed people without appointments were seem before me. So, why make an appointment?
