It was an hour and a half wait for an oil change. The gentleman at the counter didn’t believe me when I told him I didn’t receive a text for additional services. He even went back and forth with me a couple of times insisting I received the text. I never got the text.

All good in the beginning ...... but all changed a soon we bought the car ( sign the papers ) Sales personal they weren’t the same ....!!! Make me feel completely different compared to the 1 first day
