Great job

Everyone was fine but being charged $275 for just a diagnosis seemed a little high.

My only complaint relates to your intake procedure. Customers do not know whether to stay with their vehicle and await a service rep or come inside the facility to sign in. In any event the process is entirely to slow and seem disorganized. This initial service contact gave me second thoughts about being a Hyundai owner.

i give you a four star today, because my car was label wrong for a next day pick up and it should of been done that evening. i usually drop my car off and be call when the service is done. I got back to the shop about 6:30pm and everyone gone except the service manager. He did service my car and apologize.

My experience was great. I always make an appointment for service. I’m never there more than 1.5 hours. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

Every time I come to get a auto service I am met with great customer service and impeccable professionalism. The women and men of this branch are really showing great care in listening to the needs of the clients. I can especially give credit to Brent Gordon who alleviates all issues and uncertainties. I love coming here, will continue to do so, and make sure to tell others about my wonderful experience.
