Im 30 mins away so going to the dealership to get service can be inconvenient but its worth the trip. Im treated very well everytime Im there.

As always my experience was excellent. Justin is very personable & looks out for my car & my pocket also. He gave me a heads up regarding my 60,000 miles check up...so I could plan for future costs. Hats off to your Hyaundi service team..again.

As usual Nalley Hyundai does a great job. You get text messages while you wait, you can see what service your vehicle needs and they are very thorough. You can view a checklist right from your phone. Vehicle needs are color coded: green is good, yellow its almost time and red needs to be taken care of. I love this system. The only improvement I recommend is to give the customer an approximate time frame service may take while they wait. You could offer van service that takes people to the mall and picks up at a designated location every hour from 10am to 4pm. BTW I love my advisor Justin Johnson, he's always smiling, very friendly and he knows me when he sees me. Thank you Justin for making me feel comfortable with my decisions when it comes to the maintenance of my vehicle. Thanks to the mechanics fo for taking good care of my vehicle.
