I usually don’t have any issues with the service department, however I have a slight issue with this visit. I brought my car in for diagnostics because my check engine light was in. First I was faced with, “You should’ve made an earlier appointment!”, which is disappointing as opposed to, “How can we help you?”. Next, a quick diagnostic check was ran, and I was told they needed to keep my vehicle, and they provided me with a rental car. My biggest issues was feeling as if I had to beg someone to tell me what the issue with my car was. I was not provided with an answer until I asked when they called me to pick up my car, and still under the impression I didn’t receive a complete answer. Other than that, it was service as usual!
