I want to thank my Service Advisor, Matthew, for showing a great example of excellent customer service. I was completely impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service provided. He kept me updated on details that needed immediate attention and those that could be taken care of during another visit. Excellent customer service was provided via over the phone and throughout my in person wait time.Thank you, Matthew!

I took my wife to Rick Case Hyundai In Duluth and our sales representative Daniel was helpful he showed us the cars that we was interested in and also that was In our budget and answered any questions that we had we was satisfied with our purchase and will be coming back In the future

The staff was awesome and so was Marcus who gave so much information on the car that I purchased. Marcus was able to get the interior color that I wanted and blue/black color of the car. I was very please with what I selected.

As usual l always experience top notch service from Mr. Brent when l bring my car in for maintenance work. He is very professional and knowledgeable with regards to my car. I trust him explicitly when it comes to maintaining my car maintenance. He is an employee who takes pride in his work and the service he provides. I appreciate him and his expertise.

I usually get great service. This time I had one disappointment. My wheel lock key was not returned to my middle console where I left it. And while I understand mistakes happens, I just did not think the follow up on your part was good. I sent a text which was responded to by you but then not a word after. I had to drive down the dealership and literally stand before your staff to get some result. After waiting for about what seemed like 20 minutes, They brought me a wheel lock key!
