I usually get great service. This time I had one disappointment. My wheel lock key was not returned to my middle console where I left it. And while I understand mistakes happens, I just did not think the follow up on your part was good. I sent a text which was responded to by you but then not a word after. I had to drive down the dealership and literally stand before your staff to get some result. After waiting for about what seemed like 20 minutes, They brought me a wheel lock key!

Tony was amazing and the first time I didn’t feel pushed and pressured like the average aggressive salesman would be. He really let me process everything and just assured me if there was anything he could help me with he would be there. Also taking the time away from his family because he was off by a certain time to help mine meant a lot.

I enjoyed the initial salesman. The entire process of leaving to talk to financial person was very annoying and delayed the eventual sale. Not sure the process of the back and forth when you can see the conversation happening through a door. Don't waste my time.
