My experience was and has been for two visits excellent. My wait is sometimes longer than I like, but as long as their work continues to be thorough, I don’t mind the wait. The employees are friendly and pleasing to work with. Price steep, but luxury cost.

I did expect to leave with a car, but was glad I did. They had the exact car I requested, and really worked with my husband and I to offer us a deal that worked for us. My only disappointment was how many times I had to say no to the extended warranties before they stopped asking me to add one on to the purchase. My husband only had to say no once. Apparently sexism is alive and well in the car industry.
