I bought 2 cars. Working with Diana Cruz who is excellent, Jeremi Hall who was a good assist. Only complaint was that I had to have both cards detailed after I bought them. I asked the dealership to do it. The service people washed it and vacuumed it. It was NOT detailed. I had to clean the cup holders, wipe down the dash and other parts.
