I was informed of what was being done with my vehicle, doing my waiting. And always keeping up to part on what is happening. I was not kept in the dark with long periods of waiting. It was a quick process. I’ll recommend Hyundai to my family and friends😊

Appointment time was met. Was greeted by service person. Car was assessed and maintenance completed (I can only hope that the intended job was performed correctly due to it was on the under side the car which is covered).

My service advisor Brian was very polite, knowledgeable and kind. He gave me a ride and dropped me off at the mall so that I could get a bite to eat and walk around in the air condition as I had been at Nalley since 9:20 am and my car wasn't to be ready till 4:30-5:00 pm. I have physical problems that make it difficult to do a lot of sitting. I was a little put off that it took over 3 1/2 hours to do 3 inspections on my car to find out what was wrong.

My service person was extremely professional and very good at keeping me updated while I was there. My family has purchased 6 vehicles from Nalley, the reason why we WILL NOT purchase another is due to the LONG WAIT IN THE SERVICE CENTER. A simple oil change can take 4 hours. People work hard and on their off day is wasted at Nalley. STOP OVER BOOKING APPOINTMENTS ! Set realistic appointments not stacking one on top of another. I would have rated this survey poor, but I didn’t want to hurt the guy that waited on me ratings. I work retail I understand how these surveys work.
