Engine light was on . The service person was nice. Found out thermostat was bad . He ordered a new one.

My service person was extremely professional and very good at keeping me updated while I was there. My family has purchased 6 vehicles from Nalley, the reason why we WILL NOT purchase another is due to the LONG WAIT IN THE SERVICE CENTER. A simple oil change can take 4 hours. People work hard and on their off day is wasted at Nalley. STOP OVER BOOKING APPOINTMENTS ! Set realistic appointments not stacking one on top of another. I would have rated this survey poor, but I didn’t want to hurt the guy that waited on me ratings. I work retail I understand how these surveys work.

I went for an oil change. In and out in a little over an hour😁

The first time I came in I didn't know I needed to get in the line outside. But once I figured it out and came back the next day everything went wonderfully.

Great customer service and answered all my questions while I was waiting. Satisfied with service!

Long wait as usual

The team was friendly and gave great updates. The waiting area could use some updates. I had one customer playing on her iPad very loudly, and there was nowhere to hide from her. We are basically in the hallway
