It was fine. The service is always decent when I come. Although, I wasn't made aware that my oil changes were no longer complimentary but I was happy at how they handled the situation. So for that, I was happy and the fact he adjusted some little hanging piece under my car to where it was no longer dragging was very much appreciated.

went in for maintenance on my car, had to leave to go to athens suddenly and was worried about not getting back in time to pay and pick up. i did but the fact they can leave my car locked outside the gate and i can open with my bluelink app was amazing! love how accommodating this place is everytime!

I came by to discuss a dent that I found on my vehicle after picking it up from the dealership a few days earlier. I had noticed the dent when I went to wash my car right after picking it up. I notified the office and that was the purpose of my visit. Henry my service consultant was very congenial and professional as he always is . However, I was disappointed that my vehicle was not vacuum and cleaned when I had picked it up previously. I had my radio replaced at a cost of $3133 which was covered by warranty. However it had taken 3 months to locate the radio and it was through the assistance of Hyundai Corporate that it was located. During that period, I was not kept up to speed regarding the status of my vehicle as often as I felt I should have. I had to make personal inquiries at which time Henry did respond with an update. To his credit, Henry suggested Hyundai Care to me and I spoke with a gentleman who turned out to be a godsend for me. He listened attentively to my concerns and he followed up consistently until the radio was located and my vehicle repaired. He also went the extra mile and made sure that I was compensated for the extremely long period of time it took to locate my replacement part. I was very impressed with his level is service and I want to make sure that he is commended for his exceptional service.. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because I felt the local dealership could have done the same but it was not. I also was disappointed that the Manager, Mr. Reid never personally returned any of my calls during this ordeal. He did make sure that he immediately addressed the situation regarding the dent but I never heard from him concerning the matter with the radio. As a retired Manager of Customer Service for the US Postal Service, I know great CS when I experience it. At the local level it was 4 stars and at the corporate level it was off the charts. I will continue to patronize this dealership and I hope that my future encounters will be 5 star status.
