Also on my appointment an item for service was added and had I not asked about it, it would have been done. I have a 2024 and it should not have needed this service. But overall it was a good visit. PS, snacks and coffee was appreciated

As always Henry Blake who is my personal representative was thorough and efficient in the service he provided to me. We reviewed my service history and I found out that I had already completed some of the services that were a part of this visit. The young man who checked me in was also very professional. A great experience.

After getting a radiator replacement and transmission cooler, the worker took my car through the car wash and ripped my rear bumper off my car.

It was good, but the inside of my car had some type of black substance on the driver door and passenger seats as well as a long scratch on the leather in the driver seat. While I did appreciate the fact that it was washed on the outside, the way the inside was left is a problem for me considering it did not look like that when it was dropped off for service. Perhaps the techs need to start covering the seats with plastic.
