Car was towed 2/6/26, not located until 2/!!/26 ... by son...finally battery replaced 2/16/ 26.... after locating it Joseph and Keosha were extremely helpful.

Engine light blinking. Had car towed to Nalley. They immediately acknowledged and sent video. Kept me informed and was extremely courteous!!

Very unpleasant, there was no kind of greeting from the staff. All they did was gather in there groups, talked & laugh. On passing you no one ever greeted you at all. Had to find my way to the sitting room cause no one was there to be asked where it was or directed me to where it was. Felt like I was in New York for a day with the unpleasant upnorthers. Left with my car with a loud noise I didn’t go there with. Trying to get them on the phone was even more unpleasant as I was rerouted till the call hung up. My very first unpleasant experience in Georgia

Service rep Henry Blake was excellent as always... This was a repair that was under warranty. It was complete it and the car was returned to me when it was promised. Great Job!! Thank you!

Quicker in and out than expected.Good to know what service needed to be done with prices but in the future please let us know what discounts or coupons are available.Also on my appointment an item for service was added and had I not asked about it, it would have been done. I have a 2024 and it should not have needed this service.But overall it was a good visit.PS, snacks and coffee was appreciated
