I had a pleasant experience as this was my first time going to the service department since becoming an Infiniti owner. My service manager/advisor Kendrick was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed while discussing my vehicle’s service needs. I had a good first impression from this location during the servicing of my Infiniti.
