I enjoyed my experience.From start to finish.

When I arrived, my representative met me. We went into his office and proceeded to write up a ticket. He listen to my problem, and then and tried to get a good understanding of the problem.

Mr.Tate was very friendly in getting my vehicle serviced and me out in a timely fashion. It's one of the reasons I take my vehicle to this Infiniti location instead of the one closest to me.

Great experience with the best service manager Kendrick! He always advises what I need now Bs future (by my request) and I trust what he says! Not often that you can say this about a service person but I’m on my 2nd Infiniti and I have the best service advisor. fYI: I love the video that the service guy provided from the inspection

Had a slow leak in a tire, Dawn Bresko and the service department were great as always. I was in and out in the time frame I was told and because I purchased the tires there Dawn made sure to tell me it was covered under the warranty.
