Came in set appointment. Came that Thursday for the appointment. spoke with associate of the issues. We knew it would take a bit, so I got a lift ride home and back when car was ready. This was appreciated.

Normally upon arrival, there is a rep to greet you. There was no one in the bay area and I had to walk around to find someone. I wouldn't expect this from a premium brand.
