I dropped by without an appointment to ensure my battery ok since I had to get a jump earlier in the day. Kendrick welcomed my concern and worked me in without an appointment. He also kept me abreast of the status of my car. He and the team went over an above to check my battery and even checked my key fob battery before I left. Great customer service and kudos to his follow through to give me peace of mind.

The Service team is excellent w/ friendly & attentive employees... the only drawbacks are the wait time & the cost for repairs/services. When I purchased the vehicle I was assured I would receive Loaner every time I needed service so that I did not lose time, however since I purchased the vehicle (2) yrs ago I have NEVER been able to get Loaner. Also, it seems like no matter what the vehicle is brought in for I am having to spend an additional $300~500, so I never leave w/o cost of $500+ which is not feasible and frustrating since previous visit said everything was "PASSING"??
