Efficient and timely service

Somewhat okay. I took my car in because sometimes the doors locked and the car would not start. This happened several times so I took the car in and had to leave it without being able to get a loner. No one could figure out the problem. After taking the car home My husband and I cleaned the battery cables and this has so far taken care of the issue. The cables were in bad shape but the battery registered fine. I feel that had they cleaned them at the facility it would have made the difference. Instead they asked many unusual questions and could not figure the problem.

Dawn was amazing at explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. I think the techs name was Craig. I am eternally grateful for him putting my safety first.

Kendrick North is always spot on with my vehicle needs. Luckily it was only an oil change. But my engine light was on. He ran the diagnostics and it's my catalytic converter needing to be replaced.
