Brought car in for service and picked up next day after inspection showed additional work needed. Good experience with service advisor.

I had a very nice experience with your service agents; everyone was great. The only flaw was my wait time; I got there at noon and left after 5p.

It was a pleasure getting my car fixed, but the only thing was, I purchased 4 tires and I got there at 0829 am and I left at 1:22pm

It took longer than expected, but Dawn offer to call me transportation to go and eat lunch. That made it much better.
