Actually the young lady who was my service advisor was awesome.

I was having battery issues. Didn't have an appointment and Kendrick provided outstanding customer service and I was taken care of very well. Battery was replaced and I also got an oil change.

Lyndsey Moore was a pleasure to work with - great attitude and professional.

Service light was on in my 2022 QX60. My appointment was at 9:30. It was almost 12pm and I didn’t receive any updates. I checked the status on the link provided and it had not been updated at all. I finally checked with the Techinican Tate and he advised me they were charging the battery. He offered a LYFT to my job. He was very friendly and he was extremely busy. I always have good service here normally so I didn’t want to rate too badly.

Very good experience . Started working on my car as soon as I got there. Service manager is a very nice person. Never had a bad experience the whole time I have had to come there, so keep up the good work.
