My service advisor was helpful and punctual and kept me updated throughout the time. My car was there however, after spending 2 1/2 hours there there is no resolution to the problem that my car is having and has continued to have since I left the dealership. The fact that there is no resolution to the issue is very concerning. My service advisor is supposed to be calling me Tuesday after speaking with additional personnel to try to assist with the problem.I am hopeful this can be fixed and that Nalley will make every effort to assist me with this situation.

Establishing an appointment online was easy. My appointment was changed from the time I originally scheduled, which was a little glitchy. However, the time was within a couple hours from my original booking.
