Excellent customer service while getting my car serviced

Kendrick is always knowledgeable professional and provides an amazing experience.

My service advisor, Dawn is wonderful.A loaner vehicle would have eased the stress of returning to pick up my vehicle.

Experience was fine. Waiting three hours for an oil change seemed excessive. Estimate was an hour to hour and a half.

Quick and efficient. Kendrick’s customer service is stellar.

On Saturday, the visit went ok. There were no loaners which is very inconvenient for working individuals. My advisor was going to be in training on Monday. She turned me over to Lindsey. I was told I would get a call on Monday for an update. It was after 1pm and no call occurred. Earlier, I sent a text message for a status update. When I called later in the day, I was told that Lindey was out. My problem was resolved by another advisor after he gather my info. I feel that customer service is lacking. If she was going to call out, she should've also let someone know that she had a customer waiting for an update.

It was good. The service rep was excellent.
