Came in for service on my Infiniti. I usually go to Union City but after less than desirable experiences with them I decided to come to Marietta. I'm glad I did. I felt the customer service was excellent and worth the drive.

Nicole helped me by text, all day on Tuesday and then on Wednesday, my husband and I came to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. Nicole was off; but Tony was ready for us. Kendrick provided excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience when bringing in my vehicle to the dealership for service. I drive an hour 1 way to get to the dealership and he tries to make sure my service is completed ASAP.

Vehicle drop off at the service department was not adequately staffed.The information that I provided on the phone about my vehicle when I made the appointment DID NOT carry over to the guys in the service department so that was very frustrating.
