Lindsay had called in sick, but Dawn was great and let us know we needed tires but not til next oil change. We appreciate her not pushing on us since we could wait til the next oil change. Excellent customer service!

My experience with Mr. North was good, he's very professional. The cost for labor and the parts need to be lower. Customer satisfaction is the key to an organization's success!
