Kendrick North provides superior service every visit.

Car was taken care of. Dawn was very pleasant and helpful. However In the past the car used to be washed/cleaned after service but I guess that’s not offered anymore. Other than service was good and my Lyft was prompt to take me to work.

We have loved Nalley Infiniti Marietta and service advisor Kendrick, for 5 years. Great customer service and quality repairs in a timely manner.

Visit to service my car quick, details were explained before the visit and after what was done. Ride was provided for me while my car was serviced. Very good and professional service.

It was very easy not to long of a wait and my car came back to me very clean and it felt like I was driving on air

All is well except when you try to call the dealership back to reach the person that checked you in.

It is always a pleasure working with Kendrick. Was given timely updates and my car was serviced relatively quickly. What would make the experience better would be making sure there is always someone in the service garage to greet and direct you when you pull in and better snacks in the waiting area :-)
