Got an oil change, appt was at 7 a.m. which is the 1st appt. It took over 2 hrs which I wasn't very happy about and my car was barely washed. Like they just sprayed it and wiped it dry. I didn't give less than a 5 star rating because I am aware of your review system and I know it counts as negative. Hopefully my comments will help you improve. Thank you.
