First visit was very disappointing. I made a second visit with my regular advisor and everything was cordial. We agreed on a coarse of action which was followed. I was provided with a transportation while my vehicle was bee diagnose. They were unable to duplicate my problem after several days. I spoke with the advisor and told them that I would just get my vehicle back and see if the problem revealed itself again. The course of action in this service call was completely agreeable to me.
