I had a great experience with Kendrick North at Nalley. It was easy to schedule an appointment, Kendrick kept me in the loop throughout my service, and service was completed in a timely manner.

The customer service guys were great. My car was serviced quickly. I was kept informed. I gave 4 stars because the wash was terrible. My car was clean when I arrived and covered with water spots when I picked it up. If you are going to provide a wash, do it correctly.
