I have been to the dealership too many times in the last few months for service on my car! In April '23, I paid to have what I thought was a 80K mile overall check up and diagnostic of my vehicle. Two weeks later, a warning light came on. I had to drop my car back off and they ended up keeping my vehicle for a week. Although this was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE, Dawn Bresko was amazing! Then when I needed a new battery last week, she made sure to get me in and out! I am giving DAWN an excellent rating. I wouldn't be so generous about my overall experience(s), but I don't want that to reflect on her! Thank you Dawn!
