Let's be honest, car shopping isn't always a stress free process. However, Bob and team at Nalley Infiniti Marietta made the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Bob was so patient. He had even been working with me days ahead when I first inquired about just getting an appraisal on my previous vehicle. His follow through was excellent in doing the research and showing me the different color options I had for the model I was interested in purchasing. Bob did a great job being the mediator between myself and the finance team. Amazing and seamless experience. Nothing short of 5 stars!

My service tech Tate was very helpful in explaining an issue I have with the car. Together we discussed options and follow up. My only disappointment was not Topping off my power steering fluid as a leak was starting and this seemed the thing to do. Otherwise very pleased.
