It was reassuring to find Kendrick as my service advisor (it had been several yrs between Infiniti cars). I’m happy to be “home”. He fixes all issues whenever they arise. Ie this visit had lots of confusion between online scheduling and what I entered/ requested. Kendrick corrected it all and got my service as I needed.
