Kendrick has excellent customer service skills.

Lance was very friendly. He kept me updated on the process.

Tia was great. It did concern us that our Certified vehicle was not up to date with its oil change. Tia got us one before we left the dealership though.

Very good experience.

Darnell was absolutely perfect. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable but not pushy. My husband and I have bought many cars over the years, and this was by far our most pleasant experience ever. Hope we get to buy a car from Nalley Infiniti in the future!Brian, Business Manager, was also incredible. Direct, honest, fair and responsive. Very impressed by the whole team.

Kendrick always offers the best customer service.

Friendly and fast
