The experience was very professional, and everything went smoothly with the utmost respect. The service department did not put back a piece of the running board step near the passenger pack tire when installing all new tires, and will have to call next week to have them put back the piece of running board step. I would have gave them a 5 star, but I'll have to drive 20 miles next week to have them put the piece back on our SUV.
